  • How do I know my clean will be high standard?

    Our cleaners are all vetted and undergo extensive training prior to commencing work for our company. On top of this, we use a cleaning document system for each home, which we adjust to client feedback to ensure consistent quality of our service in the case that the regular cleaner has to be replaced.

  • Do the cleaners have police checks?

    All our cleaners have active police checks.

  • When will my cleaner arrive?

    After your booking has been confirmed, we will provide a booking summary including the scheduled date and time of your clean. This will indicate when you should expect the cleaner. Please note, if the cleaner is running late, we will contact you as soon as possible with an updated time of arrival.

  • Will there be a language barrier between me and my cleaner?

    All Pristine cleaners are fluent in English to avoid any language barrier between the cleaner and the client.

  • How much does a cleaner cost?

    We operate on a flat rate service for all home and office cleaning. Commercial window and carpet cleaning will require specialized quotes from our team. Get a quote for your service today on our "Get a Quote" page.

  • Do I need to do a general clean up before the cleaners arrive?

    A general tidy-up will ensure our cleaners can work efficiently and make the most of your clean. However, if this is not possible our cleaners will do their best to work around your stuff!

  • Do I have to be home during the service?

    This is completely up to you - you can be there for the entire service, let the cleaner in and leave, or not be there at all! You are welcome to leave out a key or lockbox for our cleaners to enter if you prefer to be out. Note, our cleaners work most efficiently when the home is free of people and pets.

  • How do I pay for the service?

    For all bookings we require a credit/debit card to confirm the booking. We will not be able to complete your service without a card on file. We will not charge your card until after the service is complete and we have made 3 attempts to contact you to see if you are satisfied.

  • How do I know none of my belongings will be stolen?

    All Pristine cleaners are vetted and undergo training prior to commencing any service. All cleaners have active police checks and this documentation is sent to you in our Pristine Peace of Mind Pack prior to your first service.

  • Do you work on weekends?

    Yes, we offer weekend services, however this may incur an extra fee in order to pay our cleaners weekend rates.

  • Do you clean under furniture?

    We will move and clean under light furniture. We will also vacuum/mop under heavy furniture where possible (like beds and couches). However we will strictly not move any heavy furniture. This is due to the high risk of scratching floors as well as injury to our employees. We are happy if customers would like to move furniture for us, but our cleaning teams will not do so themselves.
